Red Rock Partnership Ltd are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant
Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer and candidate experience in an efficient and effective manner. You will liaise with potential candidates in a positive and proactive manner to enable you to spec them into current and new customers.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Communicate with customers daily to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are maintained in a concise and timely manner.
• Project management, problem-solving, commercial analysis and production of various reports.
• CV writing & re-writing
• Interviewing potential candidates via phone, online & face to face.
• Some admin functions such as payroll, job advertising etc.
• Maximise the opportunities to contribute to improvements in the profitability of the business.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
• First class telephone manner and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver a high standard of service.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive & proactive outlook and energetic and infectious personality.
• Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/Email
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5.00pm
Role will involve on-call cover out of office hours
