Barista/Bartender

We are hiring for a highly unique and exciting job role as a barista/mixologist. The ideal candidate would be somebody who is interested in the open nature of this role with relevant experience. You will be joining a friendly team and supplying customers with drinks from the menu. Great fun for somebody who is proud of presentation within their work.
About the role:
As an experienced Bartender you are familiar with the latest in mixology and bar equipment with a focus on maintaining a clean and attractive bar. This position involves delivering outstanding guest experience, and building on the individuals previous bartending experiences. Experience as a barista would also be desirable.
Our ideal candidate should have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment, to work both independently and part of a team and must be able to work a full time, yet flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Our ideal Bartender:
• Proven bartending experience in either an independent bar, or hotel lobby bar
• Cocktail experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
