About the Opportunity
As the Restaurant Manager, you will enhance the customer experience through the strong leadership and coaching of the restaurant team, supporting them to deliver a lasting impression to each and every customer.
Whilst developing your team and sharing your passion and knowledge for all things food and service, you will also ensure the smooth running of the full restaurant operation, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded and delivered on time.
Just as we meticulously curate our fashion edit here at Fenwick, our stores boast an impressive restaurant offering and following from the success of Fuego in Newcastle and Bracknell, we are excited to welcome the brand to Brent Cross. The successful candidate will be involved in the recruitment of the restaurant team and lead the restaurant opening on the ground, working with key stakeholders (before and after opening) to maximize the restaurant’s potential.

* Experience in managing a restaurant with restaurant opening experience desirable
* Passionate about food with a flair for delivering excellent customer service through the strong leadership of the team

* Innate attention to detail and the ability to make commercial decisions.
* An experienced professional who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient.
