About the opportunity
You will support the Head Chef and be responsible for the kitchen's day-to-day running, leading and developing the kitchen teams to ensure there is always a consistently high delivery of food being served.
We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals who thrive off the daily challenges faced in a fast-paced kitchen; you will take ownership of curating weekly and seasonal menus and be the driving force behind the success of your restaurant.
Just as we meticulously curate our fashion edit here at Fenwick, we have curated a menu of grilled meat, fish, and vegetables, accompanied by beautiful seasonal salads and side dishes which will be cooked al-fresco on a Pujadas charcoal grill paired with a bespoke cocktail list, created by Nick Strangeway of Hepple Spirits, crafted with skill using seasonal ingredients, botanicals and herbs are grown on our roof. Plus, an impressive selection of wines, spirits, and freshly brewed coffees.

* Previous experience in a Sous Chef position – Essential
* Experience of cooking over coal – Advantageous
* Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate easily with our customers
* Previous experience with staffing and payroll management
* Strong coaching and training skills
