A Restaurant based in Paddington is seeking an experienced General Manager to manage all restaurant operations. This is a large venue; outstanding floor experience is required. The GM will need to be sales and events focused.

* Plan and direct all restaurant operations

* Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety

* Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant.

The Restaurant General Manager will have previous experience in food and beverage management. Previous experience of managing a large restaurant .

* in-depth working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

* in-depth working knowledge of food preparation and presentation

* experience in staff management and development and be able to motivate your team.

* Managing staff rotas

* Energy and passion to provide exxcellent guest experiences
