Salary :

A countryside 4 star hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The hotel is based near Thatcham .

The restaurant serves delicious classics meals and a la carte menu.

The restaurant offers a superb location for formal or casual dining, with cosy snugs, private rooms, catering for small or large groups, breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea or Sunday lunch .

The Sous Chef and team produce delicious, seasonal dishes with a big focus on locally sourced produce. The menus feature imaginative modern British a la carte dishes, as well as traditional pub classics. This would be an ideal post for Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or CDP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment.
Ability to work on their own initiative calmly when under pressure.
Live in accommodation is available.
