Project Surveyor

Salary : £65000 – £70000/annum Package
Henry Martin are working with a leading residential developer, in their search to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor, for one of their flagship regeneration residential developments in South East London.
Our client has several major developments live on site, across the UK with future secured schemes to start. They have a track record of delivering several iconic schemes across the UK and have very strong financial backing to continue doing so.
As the Project Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the procurement of a number of sub-contractor packages taking full ownership and accountably on you work. You will be familiar with monthly reports and clearly able to demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, and reporting directly to a Commercial Manager.
