Quantity Surveyor –East London– International developer £62k-£72k
Henry Martin have recently been instructed by an international developer to assist them in their search for a talented and proven Quantity Surveyor. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will form a pivotal part of the commercial team on site. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have previous experience running multiple sub-contractor packages and reporting into a commercial manager. You will be commercially responsible for a c£20m worth of specialist trades.
The project is a mixed-use £120m new build RC and steel frame development, located in East London. The ideal candidate must hold previous experience running various high-risk sub-contractor packages and worked within a top 10 main contactor or developer, ideally within London.
Our client has been involved in some of London’s most iconic developments to-date with ongoing high-profile construction projects. Our client is financially secure with a large amount of secured land and pipeline of work.
