The ideal candidate will have worked in this background previously and have an understanding of the processes required and all hygiene requirements too.

The client is a local success story that rear all their animals to exceptionally high standard and then produce from that very high end cooked and cured meats sold all over East Anglia and beyond. Due to growth they are looking to find someone new to come on board and join this thriving family business.
