Macro Space Planner wanted for a Global Luxury Retailer
Location: Work from home + Head Office- Middlesex
Salary: £36k+ excellent bonus
Job requirements:
To deliver commercial, customer focused layouts that optimize operational efficiencies.
*Store Development: To deliver all aspects of space planning related to store re
developments and major investment projects
*Space and format optimization: To deliver the strategy through format and space
optimization by ensuring that space allocations and store layouts maximize economic and
customer led objectives
*Strategic Space Planning: Ensure that store level space planning objectives dovetail with
the corporate strategy – driving growth from the bottom up and the from the top down
*Layout planning and maintenance: To provide high quality layouts that maximize economic return. satisfy customer needs and address operational challenges whilst being commercially focused
Experience Required:
Required:
*Relevant experience in the retail industry. Proven track record in retail
*Macro Space Planning experience and merchandising background
*IT systems knowledge and experience for space planning function
*Space analysis experience.
*AutoCAD
*Ability to present analysis/plans with credibility and gain buy in from
Senior Management Team
