Workiing in a fantastic setting you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service with your previous experience in food preparation and serving; you will be preparing daily menu choices, organising and producing specials and catering for events.
You will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in menu planning and responding to customer/seasonal demand. You will also have an excellent understanding of food hygiene standards (ideally qualified to CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering) and be responsible for assisting with procurement and stock control.
Ideally yuou will have:
Valid food hygiene qualification(desirable)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and social skills
Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn
Availability to work weekends
Ability to work thought the summer between August – September 2021
