Conrad Consulting are working with a leading architectural practice based in Sutton Coldfield, recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their burgeoning architectural team. This position will suit an Architectural Technologist with at least 5 years of industry experience, predominantly in the Residential sector.
As a Senior Architectural Technologist in this practice you will be running projects and leading a small team of Technicians and Assistants, predominantly on Residential projects. The practice work closely with some of the UK's leading housing developers, so prior experience of working in a house builder environment would be ideal. The practice also work in other areas such as Healthcare, Commercial, Retail & Leisure, so you can gain exposure to these sectors on top of your Residential work.
Requirements of the Senior Architectural Technologist:
Degree in Architectural Technology or relevant qualification.
At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally having operated at a senior level.
Proven experience of working within the Residential sector.
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD &Revit software.
Sound knowledge of UK Building Regs
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be offered a salary and package including the following:
Salary £36,000-£42,000
27 days holiday + bank holidays
