Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a well established Clothing business with the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer to based within the North West. Reporting to the Chairman, you will be responsible for effectively executing the agreed strategy that is agreed with the Board.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of business strategy with the inclusion of short, medium and long term goals.
Drive the Digital Marketing for the business forward to ensure that Brand is continuously amplified
Succession planning into performance development plans to support future growth of the business
Continue to build strategic relationships with suppliers to enhance value and efficiency.
Further develop eCommerce capabilities into a market leading proposition.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in senior leadership positions.
Experience within Digital Marketing and Growth is needed.
Comfortable communicating with team, shareholders and advisors.
Experience in developing strategies to maximise profitability and cashflow.
Evidence of success in execution of business strategy.
