Junior Artworker

Company: Our client is an award-winning specialist in the provision of medial devices, exporting to over 40 countries worldwide.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to fill the role of a Junior Artworker to join their expanding team.
Role: The main responsibility of the role is to create print-ready artwork for medical device packaging. Liaising closely with the regulatory team to ensure artworks meet appropriate standards.
* Producing print ready artwork
* Creating labels for re-labelling exercises
* Reviewing print proofs from suppliers
* Creating of artworks
* Assigning GTINs for new products
* Creating and formatting IFUs and manuals
* Assisting with marketing documents when requested
* To adhere to an artwork checklist, checking all artworks to ensure the highest possible standard
* Some design elements
Requirements:
* Experience creating technical packaging artwork desirable but not essential
* Will consider candidates with generic artwork experience
* Adobe Creative Suite skills specifically Illustrator and InDesign
* Experience working within medical / pharmaceutical industry preferred but not essential
* A little creativity would also be a bonus
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent communicator
* Organisational skills
* Confidence to work on a variety of briefs and resolve any issues
* Accuracy and high levels of attention to detail
