Head Waiter
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Head Waiter/Waitress for a Michelin star restaurant in Mayfair London.

Responsibilities:

To communicate with other Restaurant staff and departments.

To take responsibility for service in the area of the Restaurant under your responsibility during your shift.
*
To assist the Restaurant Manager and their Assistants in the preparation and presentation of training programs.
*
To welcome, sit and take food orders from guests.
*
To ensure that service is at all times performed in a professional manner following standards set.
*
To collate information and feedback while attending all staff briefings before each service.
*
To maintain good communication between Kitchen/Restaurant on a daily basis: specials, shortages, and special dietary requirements.

Proven work experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or similar role
