Bindaas celebrates Indian street food and cultural heritage, with a menu focusing on bringing the best Indian flavours and dishes to the UK. We pay tribute to street food culture, as well as the noble vendors, who serve millions every day.
Position: Specialist Curry Chef
Employer: Indian Street food Restaurant
Salary: £29,000 to £31,000
Location: Bexley, Kent
Working days / hours: 39 to 48 hours within a 5-to-6-day week

Duties and responsibilities :
* Knowledge and preparation of complex regional Indian curry dishes.
* Training and supervising junior Chefs.
* Demonstrate excellent food preparation practices, portion control and end to end food production
* Suggested innovation and commercially viable ideas to improve food quality
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
* Purchasing & dealing with suppliers, stock control.
* Quality checks, Food & hygiene compliance, and HACCP protocols.
* Monitoring Health and safety and maintain good cleanliness
To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: –
* Eligibility to live and work in UK
* High level creativity and mastery in preparation of authentic regional Indian dishes and other specialties
* Proven previous experience at required skill level
* In addition you should also be: –
* Performance, achievement and results driven

* Able to work well with team.
* Creative energetic and passionate about delivering culinary excellence.
* A hardworking, fastidious, and conscientious individual
