About the Job
We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our client in the distribution industry on a permanent basis. Specialising in supply chain management services, our client has experience in over 100 industries and distribute multiple supply management solutions.
As Sales Administrator, you will be an internal Sales Representative in a team dedicated to building the Company's business. You will take ownership and deal effectively with all customer requirements through the recognised Company Quality Procedure.
Key Responsibilities
* Compiling quotations to win the business and maximise profitability.
* Maintain and update the 'Quotes Log’
* Giving a high level of technical support
* Making sure all record keeping and documentation is carried out to the highest standards and is fully in accordance with Company systems and procedure
* Handling of day to day orders
* Progressing of orders
* To liaise and work with the external sales team on developing and monitoring the development of your sales accounts.
* Take responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of Company profitability.
* Dealing with general customer queries.
About the Person
As the ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator position, you will have strong administrative experience with the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent PC skills and be comfortable delivering a high level of technical support. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work as part of a team, as teamwork with the other areas of the office and warehouse is crucial to ensure a smooth operation.
