Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 07:15 – 15:45 – 40 hours per week

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Ashton-in-Makerfield!
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and manage all catering and associated services at appointed premises.
Management and control for all food production in the unit – Provide support for all services including afternoons, nights and weekends as required.
Consider all special dietary needs as required and accurate ordering of all supplies.
Compile competitions, menu planning & promotions.
Storage of goods and implementation of stock controls and weekly stock takes.
Manage all catering Team Members to provide the required service at an agreed level.
About you:
You will be subject to an advanced DBS check and a right to work check.
Required to have cooking skills.
Need NVQ1 and 2
