My client, a successful and well-respected food manufacture in Crick, Northampton, are seeking Production Operatives for a growing fast-paced manufacturing site.
Duties will include safe operation of packaging machinery, monitoring the quality of goods, whilst adhering to health and safety on site.
You will have excellent communication skills, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a team approach, and high attention to detail.
Skills and experience.
Working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Confident in operating/working with machinery.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work as part of a team and alone with minimal supervision.
Understanding of health & safety
