This is an exciting and fun opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest media owners based in Colchester, with an impressive stable of magazines, digital platforms and exhibitions, they are expanding and seeking experienced Exhibition Sales professionals to join their team to work across their 15 awards, exhibitions and events. The portfolio includes Lifestyle, Food, Crafts, Education & Franchise brands.
As an Exhibition Sales Executive, your role will be to generate revenue from Awards/Events Sponsorships and Entries.
This is not just a sales role, you can really have some fun and get creative with your clients objectives in thinking outside the box for ideas on how they can sponsor these events.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Advertising Sales Executive:
Speak and build rapport with new and existing companies.
Create bespoke sponsorship proposals to meet client’s needs.
Close and secure sponsorships.
Generate creative ideas to maximise new revenue streams.
Maintain and manage database & CRM system.
Achieve KPI’s.
Skills Required for the Exhibition Sales Executive:
Sales and relationship building experience, preferably from an Exhibition/Sponsorship of Events background.
Excellent telephone manner.
Outstanding written skills.
Highly Motivated.
Able to build rapport quickly.
Great customer service/relation skills.
Team working abilities.
Strong time management skills.
Desire to work in a fast paced team environment and enjoy the buzz and momentum of what this exciting role will provide!

£24K +basic plus uncapped commission OTE £27K+.
