Position: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Package: To £65k + car or allowance + benefits

Company Overview: Our client is a well-respected, privately owned residential developer who have grown 10% this year. They undertake new build schemes up to £15m in value predominately on green field sites.
Position: Due to planning permission being awarded on 2 developments in Essex, my client is seeking to recruit a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven history. The position will be reporting directly to a Commercial Director with responsibility for an Assistant / Quantity Surveyor. This is an office based role in Essex, visiting sites in Essex and East London.
Projects: One project consists of 35 x townhouses and the other is phase 1 of 3 and consists of 57 houses and low rise brick and block flats.
Individual: Our client is open to the level of quantity surveyor they take on. Ability, experience, drive and commitment are the key as they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and play a big part in the team.
The successful individual must have a professional attitude and the ability to communicate at all levels and with all professional parties.
