I am currently on the lookout for an Architect to join a well-immersed Architectural Practice. This RIBA Chartered practice is based in Westbury, Wiltshire. They also obtain a brand-new office in Cardiff, due to this business expansion, they are recruiting for an Architect to join their original office in Wiltshire

This vibrant Architectural practice offers a complete architectural service for all clients in a variety of different sectors. Obtaining a growing portfolio, they are seeking to hire an experienced Architect that is eager to get stuck into projects such as residential, education, leisure, charities, to hospitality and commercial sectors.

Currently, this Architectural business has 6 members of staff, however, looking to expand this number to 10 by the end of 2021. They utilise AutoCAD and Revit as their main software, therefore, the ideal candidate will have experience in these two applications, but more specifically AutoCAD.

As an Architect within this RIBA Chartered Practice, you will be expected to have strong knowledge of building regulations and a competent understanding of the entire RIBA Stages to successfully run projects from inception to completion. This practice is seeking an individual that is motivated to take real leadership in the management of projects. The ideal candidate will have understanding and experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors.

The role: Architect

* Qualified Architect.

* The ideal candidate will have some experience and knowledge in the commercial, residential and education sectors.

* AutoCAD experience is essential, Revit experience is beneficial.

* Ability to run projects from inception to completion.

* Strong knowledge of building regulations.

* Solid confidence in liaising with clients and other business professionals.

* Knowledge of RIBA Stages.

* Coordinate information through project control.

The salary for this position is £30K – £35K.
