Salary : £9 – £11/hour

We require an experienced, creative and energetic Sous Chef to support our head chef and work along side the rest of our team. Working minimum 39 hours per week.
You will have
* a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* great organisation and communication skills
* a willingness to contribute to the continuous development of the restaurant
You will be required
* to assist with deliveries & stock rotation
* to manage & maintain a clean working environment and adhere to all food safety and environmental health regulations
* to assist in the development, preparation & cooking of our varied dishes
* to be involved and contribute at all team meetings
Any other reasonable requests in line with role
