Starting Salary: £19,691
*Salary will increase to £20,000 after successfully completing 6 month probation period. There is further opportunity to increase through our company grading structure.
**You will also receive an annual weekend working bonus of £1,300 which remains payable for as long as you are working a 1 in 4 weekend rota.
Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days on a rotational shift pattern basis.
Rotational patterns are as follows:
7.00am – 4.00pm
8.00am – 5.00pm

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Customer Assurance Advisor to join our existing team, working in our state-of-the-art call centre in Bury, Lancashire, ensuring all equipment breakdown calls are responded to and updated.
Your Role:
* Liaising with our customers keeping them up to date with the status of their breakdown
* Responding to customer queries accurately where necessary
* Handle and resolving customer complaints in a polite manner
* Providing product and service information to customers
* Logging device breakdown information ensuring all information is correct
* Communicating with other departments within the business
* Working to KPIs
* Call screening to identify duplications
