Salary : £225 – £275/day
An award-winning VFX Studio in Bournemouth are on the lookout for an experienced 3D Modeller to join the team on a freelance contract basis for 5 months to provide expertise on their ongoing feature film.
The Company
With studios across the globe, the client in question are a key player in the VFX industry, working across award-winning TV and film, creating stunning visual effects. They utilise the latest technology to produce striking environments and photoreal characters and creatures.
3D Modeller Role
You will be part of a talented creative team, working in a highly collaborative manner to achieve the polished result that the end clients are looking for. You will be responsible for providing expert knowledge of Maya modelling within the team, supporting other team members where necessary throughout various elements of the project.
3D Modeller Requirements
At least 2+ years’ experience working in high profile film and TV
Expert ability in modelling and UV stages
Good eye and understanding of scale and proportions
VFX industry background, working in Maya and ZBrush
Demonstrable ability with a wide range of Nuke skills
The interview process will likely be one stage with the Asset Lead and Talent Manager, who will consider your background and portfolio with respect to the above requirements.
In return, you will receive a daily rate of £225 – £275 per day (DOE) and the chance to work on some incredibly exciting projects. This contract is Outside IR35 and can offer remote working.
