I’m looking for a for an Assistant Manager for an incredible new restaurant and bar group that are opening venues around West London. I’m looking for someone who has experience within late night venues, someone who knows great Italian food, and knows their way around a cocktail bar. This role is also perfect for someone who has experience in events. If you’re an Assistant Manager and cabaret, shabby chic, and basement cocktails are your bag then I want to hear from you!
Skills and Experience:
Experience with events
Late night background
Someone in experience in a fast-paced, high turnover site
Lives and breathes great Italian food
Has experience with cocktails
Hands on and service led
