A fresh food gastro pub in Surrey is looking to recruit a food focused and career minded Sous Chef to join the brigade at their site in Surrey. You will join an award-winning pub group who can offer a work /life balance and a clear progression route to Head Chef.

Ideal chef
· Previous experience as a Sous Chef
· Experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
· First-hand knowledge of working with fresh food
· Understanding the importance of consistency
· Be obsessed with food quality and hygiene standards
· Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
