Roadchef Motorway Services have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Maintenance team based at our Support Centre in Norton Canes near Cannock.

We are looking for a confident and organised individual to join our busy team. This is a critical role, working closely with a range of internal and external business partners in supporting the Repairs & Maintenance team keep all of our Roadchef sites open for business 24/7 – 365 days a year!

As our R&M team administrator you will be directly involved in supporting the ongoing management & improvement of our maintenance systems; equipment and fixtures assets register; service contracts and capital expenditure programs. You will also be asked to help generate various monitoring reports and compliance statistics

In this role, you’ll be joining an award-winning employer at a time of exciting expansion & change from development of new drive thru restaurants to the installation of fast Electric Vehicle charging points. The position is full time and working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 plus many other great benefits.

Responsibilities:

Manage the process for issuing and tracking new asset tags, new asset forms, asset transfers and asset disposal.
Raise Maintenance Capex forms as required for Board Approval.
Support with the testing and training of Maintenance system upgrades; Fixmy, Supplier App, etc.
Support with updating and issuing of contractors procedures manual to support the annual update.
Support with 3rd party property claims, liaising with sites and relevant departments
Track and update logs of maintenance remedial works relating to Fire Risk Assessments
Ensure all maintenance contractors insurances are valid and relevant
Support with updating of all Maintenance Contracts.
Manage the process for issuing, chasing and tracking of maintenance contracts.  
Support with the tracking and chasing of compliance items; asbestos reports, water risk assessments and compliance remedial quotations.

Skills/Experience:

Previous administration experience in a maintenance team.
Good knowledge of excel and Google Documents
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
Analytical, diligent and proactive problem solving approach to work
