A very popular pub restaurant and B&B are actively recruiting for a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef. The pub restaurant is known for its big potion sizes on classic British pub food so if you enjoy cooking the classics then this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:
– Preparation of food
– Cooking high quality dishes
– Delegating task
– Assisting the Head Chef
– Acting Head Chef when not on site
– Motivating all team members
– Adhering to all food safety polices
– Adhering to all health and safety policies
– Ensuring excellent food quality
– Working with the managers and head chef on menu development
– Stock taking
– Training new team members
– Supervising all kitchen sections

The company are offering the successful candidate 1 weekend off a month (except December)
