Create Flavours, part of the Nactarome Group, has an exciting opportunity for Quality Technician to join the Quality & Compliance Team.
Location: Clevedon, North Somerset
Salary: £22,000 per annum, Company pension, WPA Health Care after qualifying period.
Hours: 08.45 to 16:45 Mon- Thurs, 08:45 to 16:00 Friday (No shifts). 23 Days holiday (25 after qualifying period).

Quality Technician – Key Responsibilities:
The main function of the role is to support the business with Quality and Compliance Services as follows:
– QC testing of all materials and QC release
– To setup and run the daily taste panel
– Carry out product GCMS testing
– Ensure all factory retained samples are stored and catalogued
– Comply with all Company hygiene, environmental and health and safety requirements
– Maintain accurate data on file and within the Company IT platform
Quality Technician – You:
We are looking for a confident team player who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a methodical approach to their work. This is a lab-based role based in Clevedon
– Suits a flexible, energetic person with great attention to detail
– A good communicator on all levels both written and verbal
– Previous experience in a similar role desirable
– Proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook essential
– Ability to work well within a small team; together with great organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
– Minimum Qualification: GCSE English and Maths, Level 2 Food Hygiene for Manufacturing, Full Clean UK Driving Licence
