Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded, family-run business in the Colchester area – they are looking to add a Workshop Manager to their team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a creative mindset and being able to work towards tight deadlines.

Duties include:

Managing briefs from clients
Overseeing production
Updating internal systems
Prioritize work and delegate effectively
Ensuring deadlines are met
Working on bespoke projects

Driving licence is required due to location.
Hours are Monday to Friday. – 8:30am to 5:30pm
