Interaction Hospitality is looking for a professional Chef De Partie to join an exciting venue in the Coventry area. This role as Chef De Partie requires a background in fast paced service with previous gastro pub/restaurant experience.
About You:
· You will be able to work in a high-pressure environment while delivering a seamless service to the guests
· You should be passionate about great food with a good eye for detail
· Possess great communication to be able to work well as part of a team
· Previous experience in a gastro pub/restaurant
The Role:
· Provide seamless service on all sections of the kitchen
· Be able to follow the directions of the Head Chef/Sous Chef
· Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety & hygiene standards
· Ensure adequacy of supplies at all time
