Major Commercial are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Account Co-ordinator to join our clients growing team in Derby. This role will be working alongside our clients External Account Management team, where you will be responsible for managing all day to day customer activities including the maintenance and support of our clients existing programs and ensuring any new briefs and projects are successfully supported through their business from enquiry to execution.

This is a very hands-on role with a lot of direct interaction with customers and internal stakeholders at various sites, within their unlimited specialist sector. This is a wide and varied role in a fast-paced environment involving product development, customer service, account administration and systems support.

To apply for the role, you will need to possess the following:

* Previous experience of successful internal customer management in a business environment within Fashion / Apparel
* Experience of successful project management
* Strong communication both written and verbal skills
* Able to manage a busy, varied workload and prioritise effectively and consistently
* Able to solve problems effectively
* Team orientated and possess strong values
