Assistant Manager
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Assistant Manager based in Topsham, near Exeter. The successful candidate will earn £25,000-£29,000 plus bonus scheme depending on experience.

You will help the General Managers develop and manage team members, contribute to the high-energy atmosphere in the pub, order stock and be passionate about great customer service.
Role Requirements
1+ years retail experience in a leadership capacity (e.g. management, shift leader, etc.).
Personal License preferable but not compulsory.
Ability to effectively train and motivate team members.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor.
Role Responsibilities
Deputising for the General Managers.
Cellar Management.
Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees.
Lead the team in delivering an excellent guest experience.
Training and development of the team.
