Barista
Main responsibilities for barista include:
* Barista must greet the customers as they enter.
* Answering any questions regarding ingredients
* Barista must take orders whilst paying attention to detail including preferences of coffee, blend and dairy
* Barista must prepare beverages following recipes
* Serve beverages and prepared food like pastries and muffins
* Receive and process payments via cash or card
* Barista must keep the bar area safe and clean
* Ensuring stock of clean mugs and plates are plentiful
* Checking If brewing equipment is operating properly and report any maintenance that is required straight away to your line manager.
* Comply with the health and safety regulations
* A barista responsibility includes educating the customers on the drink’s menu, making suggestions based on their preferences.
* Communicate customer feedback to your line Manager and recommend new menu ideas.
* To comply with health and safety regulations and have an understanding on COSHH
You will be working outside in a coffee van for this role.
Your shifts will be 11-3, 3 days a week
