Health & Safety Manager – FTC 9-12 months

We’ve got a fantastic job for a Health & Safety Manager, to cover a flagship site in Warwickshire on a 9-12 month contract.
Upholding the Health & Safety and legality of our clients brand. You will ensure continuous improvement and implement best practice to keep colleagues & customers safe.
You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to meet these objectives and drive improvements in Health & Safety culture and compliance
A key responsibility in this role will be customer safety therefore maintaining H&S and Fire Safety Standards across the site is paramount.
Knowledge Required:
NEBOSH diploma or equivalent (desirable) although Nebosh Certificate couples with extensive experience would be considered,
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Health & Safety management systems.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and related retail, leisure, hospitality is preferential.
Excellent and strong communication, engagement and motivational skills
The ability to champion the customer and retain a customer focus whilst keeping Health & Safety at the forefront
