Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £10.50 – £12/hour
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join an established, well known and reputable hospitality venue in central Brighton, with a brand new Café / Wine Bar and informal dining offering. They currently would look to take on a Breakfast Chef and an Evening Chef.
The Chef will:
* Work in an open plan pass kitchen so must be well presented and hold strong customer facing skills
* Have experience with and maintain high levels of food presentation
* The Breakfast Chef will be preparing and menu planning for a range of breakfast options
* The Evening chef will be preparing and menu planning a selection of small plates for a Wine bar with informal style dining
You’ll need to be an experienced Chef, ideally holding relevant qualifications.
The roles are working 5 days out of 7 with weekend work being a regular occurrence.
The Breakfast Chef offers around £10.50 per hour and will be starting between 6am and 7am each shift.
The Evening Chef is around £12.00 per hour and starts late afternoon / early evening until 11pm or finish.
