Receptionist/Administrator – Cringleford
Fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to be busy, pro-active and deliver a first class customer service experience to clients!
You need to be good with maths (pass plus) and have good attention to detail
Friendly, professional team to work for.
Hours: Monday – Thursday or Monday – Friday (option of leaving early on Friday)
28 days holiday
Salary £10.00 per hour
Opportunity for fully funded training courses after 6 months
Employer pension contributions matched up to 5%
Skills required:
• Customer service/reception experience
• Experience of Outlook, word and excel
• Excellent telephone and face to face customer service skills
• Organised and proactive
Duties:
– Keeping reception area/office and meeting room presentable
– Keeping supplies stocked up in the kitchen.
– Receiving, making and directing telephone calls.
– Sorting incoming mail, outgoing mail.
– Meeting & greeting clients
– Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
– Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
– Booking meetings.
– Updating documents in the shared drive.
– Ordering office stationery and kitchen supplies.
– Filing and archiving paperwork.
– Assisting in organising company events and meetings
– Additional duties may be required
