Salary : £35000 – £60000/annum £60k OTE

EcoTalent's technology client is seeking a new member for their Sales Team. If you have Sales experience with demonstrated success in corporate/ B2B sales; particularly to larger, more complex organisations, this would be an ideal opportunity for you. SaaS sales experience is very advantageous.
The company is a well established international company who are continuing to grow and develop exciting new technology products in the on-demand online printing arena.
Please note this is an office based role with no car allowance or company car. Hybrid working (working from home) will be possible once full training has been completed. Working from the office will be approx 3 days a week after training.
Role purpose
As an Account Executive, 80% of your focus will be on winning and developing new client relationships, with the additional opportunity to grow revenue within some of our largest and most complex existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Continually navigate customer engagements, maintain high “close rates”, and grow revenue quickly and profitably.
• Create, build, manage and expand client relationships through a value, solution and consultation based sales process.
• Achieve and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
• Ensure a ‘gold standard’ customer experience.
• Apply consultative selling skills and technical acumen (specifically related to company products) to optimise your earnings and company revenue performance.
• Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers and sell the value/benefits of solutions against anticipated or known client needs.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure successful growth and expansion.
• Responsible for constructing annual and monthly sales forecasts for the assigned territory, and reporting on performance monthly.
• Deliver better-than-average annual sales growth on assigned territory.
• Manage account activity in Salesforce and Outreach
• Deliver product and gap analysis on the company versus competition within the vertical to help establish business cases for product expansion.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Required skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years’ Sales experience (or similar) with demonstrated success in corporate/ B2B sales; particularly to larger, more complex organisations. SaaS sales experience is very advantageous.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
• Be of high energy, passion and self-motivation, with a strong work ethic.
• Proven self-starter; possessing superior prospecting and closing abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and communicate with internal teams to help achieve customer and company success.
• Flexibility to travel and meet clients face-to-face within the UK and Europe.
• Proficient in the use of Google Suite/ Drive or Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Salesforce highly desirable.
