FULL OR PART TIME FAMILY FEE EARNER
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum Ex Salary, Established Client base
Family Fee Earner full or part time, some remote working available.
This expanding, well respected and friendly firm of Lawyers based in Hastings and Tonbridge are looking for recruit a self-motivated Family Lawyer this role can be either full or part-time some remote working available and can be based in either of their offices.
The successful candidates for this Family Fee Earner role will need to have been a Family Fee Earner in the past and able to hit the ground running on the following:
1) Private Family matters, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships.
2 Child matters
3) Cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and financial settlements.
4) Be driven and motivated to supervise staff.
5) Strong business development and networking skills.
6) Have good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise your own and secretary's workload.
7) Excellent time management skills.
8) Be able to identify and develop potential client relationship.
9) Enjoy working in a already busy team.
