Catering Manager – Rugby

LRL are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to work on a Temp to Perm basis. (Starting Immediately).
This is for a Global Leading Facilities Management company.
Duties will include.
Supporting approx 15-20 team members across the dining room and coffee shop,
Ordering supplies
Rotas
Holiday Approval
Financials.
Have understanding of
Dietary Requirements
Allergens – training will be given also.
Required:
Previous experience
Clean DBS
Food Hygiene
Health and Safety
Hours:
Monday – Thursday – 7.30am – 4.30pm
Friday 7.30am – 2.00pm
Hourly Rate – £12.00
