Salary : £22000 – £26000/annum
Blueskies are partnering with a West Midlands based manufacturing company that are on a major growth path and recruiting across their design team, due to an increase in business and workload! The company themselves supply retail solutions into large FMCG businesses, by working with their customers to conceptualise, design, develop and then produce market leading, innovative product ranges.
Coming into this role, you'd be joining one other Creative Artworker, working with multiple internal stakeholder's day to day, liaising with suppliers and dealing directly with clients in producing packaging materials for the products. You'll grow as an individual by gaining valuable transferable skills for your career, whilst also pushing your design and creative skills forward commercially.
Maybe you're a Junior Designer coming into the industry and you're looking for your first hands-on role, or maybe you've been in the industry for a few years and you're just ready for a new role, new team, and a new challenge. This role will give the right candidate the chance to elevate their career personally and professionally!
You'll need:
To be fluent within Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
To be a self-starter, you'll love learning new skills and thrive within a fast-paced role
To have excellent time management and deadline understanding, working within a team to ensure all work is delivered on schedule
Excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
