BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum Dependent Upon Experience
Dawson Levy are pleased to be working on behalf of a leading International Architectural design studio in their current search for an experienced BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator. Our client is a very highly regarded, award winning Architectural practice with projects covering a variety of commercial and Data Centre developments. This opportunity will offer an experienced BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator the chance to develop their career within BIM with a leading international studio and have a competitive salary and benefits package available.
As the successful applicant you must have a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a BIM Coordinator / BIM Technician role. You must be a fully proficient user of Revit and experience working with Navisworks would be beneficial but is not essential. You must be a strong communicator both written and verbally, as you will be required to liaise with various departments and teams.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK as a BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator
Fully proficient user of Revit
Experience with Navisworks would be beneficial
Knowledge of and experience working to BIM Level 2 / ISO19650
Proven experience in large scale Commercial, Residential and Data centres would be beneficial
Strong Communication ability is essential (written and verbal)
