The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Packaging Designer to join my clients team and work with some of the biggest names in the FMCG sector
Role Responsibilities:
Proactively drive the standards of design within the department.
Roll out style guide-based range extensions.
Confidently liaise directly with Account Managers to ensure full understanding of the client’s brief.
Take complete ownership of all assigned design projects from initial briefing through to final presentation.
Ensure that all deadlines are met within project budgets.
Inspire and line manager junior members of the design team
Competently work with stock imagery to create photo-realistic serving suggestion compositions.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
A Stunning Portfolio: Filled with design work that makes you proud.
Industry Experience: 5+ years with a FMCG packaging-focused brand design agency.
Leadership Skills: Confident in your approach in providing positive motivation and mentorship to less experienced designers.
A Collaborative & Curious Spirit: A team player willing to play their part with an unquenchable thirst to learn new things.
Proactive & Positive Attitude: Able to self-motivate, thrive under pressure, and keep the energy positive in the studio at all times.
