Working closely with the Head of Marketing, digital and product teams, you will be responsible for delivering all graphic design needs using Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud software, producing inspiring and creative content for both on and offline, including, but not limited to web assets, newsletter content, social media posts and press releases linked to the individual brand websites.
* Produce inspiring and creative content for the Group websites including but not limited to sale and promotions graphics, blog content, product banners.
* Contribute to the web marketing strategies, bringing input from a creative perspective.
* Design effective promotional eCommerce emails working closely with the commercial team.
* Produce creative social media assets to drive channel engagement
* Assist with the creation and processing of printed marketing material including print setup.
* Work with copywriters, user experience and brand leaders to seamlessly bring brand messaging to life
* Manage high-volume design requests concerning several brands daily while being organised and keeping tidy design files
* Manage and maintain graphic and image files, including logos, photos and illustrations, ensuring image bank and marketing hub is kept up to date 2
* Strategically collaborate with internal teams and 3rd parties to design best-in[1]class assets across channels
* Identify new trends in graphic design, evaluate new technologies to ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments in particular mobile marketing
Requirements:
* 3-5 years’ experience in a graphic designer role
* Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Highly organised and self-motivated
* Proficient with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CS5 or higher)
* Experience working to brand guidelines
