Role: The successful candidate must have the ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for day-to-day administration duties within the Customer Service Team, including managing customer orders from start to finish. You will be a team player, working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless process is achieved.
* Processing customer orders, and managing to completion
* Liaising with Planning, Operational and Despatch teams regarding customer orders
* Respond to pricing, stock and delivery enquiries
* Other associated administrative tasks, including stock management
* Monitor account performance and associated improvement projects
* Managing customer projects through the business, alongside the Technical and Sales team
* Keeping customer records up to date
* Monitoring and co-ordinating deliveries to meet specified lead times
* Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
* Processing orders ready to print
* Provide an exceptional customer experience
* Responsible for assisting with account and/or projects from initial concept to completion
* Serving as a day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team
* Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
Requirements:
* Packaging / Print / Labels industry experience preferable
* Ability to use MIS systems
* Technical knowledge or printing processes
* Ability to input data and process orders
* Team collaboration skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* You are organised and calm under pressure
