A phenomenal opportunity for an all-round creative superstar: a Creative Director is needed to lead the creative for a hugely successful integrated B2B agency who work with a host of globally iconic brands.
This role is very client facing and also leads a small team, so it requires a great communicator who is approachable, never arrogant, a team player and mentor. You'll take the lead on "London agency" quality work with all the perks of an Oxfordshire location and hybrid working.

The role.
As a Creative Director you will be responsible for leading the creative team and creative output for this agency. This will be a hands-on creative role, with the ability to juggle big idea thinking alongside things like daily copy amends.
