This amazing long-term contract role for a Chef is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading Formula 1 business in Northamptonshire. You will be a key member within the team and the person that secures this position will be crucial to the success of this dynamic company by providing fast nutritious hot/cold food.
This role is working 8am to 5pm weekdays although occasional half day weekends could be required a few times a year
What you will do
You will prepare healthy and nutritious hot and cold food for 500 covers from Director to shop floor
Be able to prepare cold food such as sandwiches, salads and able to prepare hot food including sauces
Ability to lean-manufacture dishes, thus reducing preparation time
You will work in a clean, open and modern open kitchen within a team of 8 plus FoH
What you will need:
Experience of at least 500 covers gained in professional restaurants, banqueting, busy high class hotels, wedding venues, special events, sports hospitality, or social care settings
Consistent & stable history of employment/engagement
Reliable with own transport
Authorised to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) and within these times
What you will get:

On going contract – initially to end of year then annual extensions thereafter
