Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum
An emerging Architecture practice based in Colchester are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing team.
With a strong client base ranging from national house builders, commercial developers and local authorities, this enterprising company have fast established themselves at the forefront of the regional Architectural industry.
The practice operates within multiple sectors, most prominently the Residential and Commercial sectors but they have recently accepted instructions for larger mixed-use master planning projects, a bespoke transportable building, and an innovative gardening product.
This position would be ideal for a Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant who is looking to develop and become a fully RIBA chartered Architect. The opportunity to sit alongside the Directors and run your own projects is something that is very much on offer to the successful candidate and so the potential to really develop your career with this company truly exists!
The firm have confirmed some massive projects for the upcoming year and so they are expecting to see a period of rapid transformational change – meaning that this is an exciting time to become a part of this practice. With this in mind, the right person will need to be ready to take on the challenge!
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Demonstrable experience working within UK practice
Proficiency with both AutoCAD & Revit
Experience with BIM would be highly desirable
Outstanding communication skills
Self-motivated and strong work etc.
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be provided with all the support and guidance needed to progress their career as well as a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £25-£30k.
