We are recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a busy multi-disciplinary practice based in Shipley.
Based a 5-minute walk from Shipley train station, this practice of 32 professionals is looking to grow its architectural team and take on an Architectural Technologist
They work across their architectural and engineering team, are RIBA/CIAT accredited and provide a wide variety of architectural services to their clients.
As the Architectural Technologist, you will be working on your own individual projects and large projects within a small team. This practice works on a lot of different sectors but at times more of a focus on retail and residential.
All projects are worked in Revit and the practice is a firm believer in BIM standards which are implemented across the company. This practice is keen to support and mentor the Architectural Technologist with becoming Chartered, having achieved this in the past.
The Role: Architectural Technologist
Produce working drawings and schedules
Work on internal fit out detailing, creating, and updating Revit schedules
Clash detection and resolution
Coordinate information through project control
Assist others in the office with Revit The salary for this position ranges from £23,000-£30,000 depending on your previous experience and ability. There is also a generous benefits package.
